Need to Return a product
To return
a product at Quality Water Solutions,LLC,
you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service
department at

or by telephone.
NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

from select manufacturers within

days. However, Quality Water Solutions,LLC
reserves the
right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the
invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days,
credit will be issued toward one of the following

PURCHASES
- A FULL CASH
REFUND
- ORIGINAL
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back
to Quality Water Solutions,LLC
on returned items, and
Quality Water Solutions,LLC
will pay the
shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s)
going back.
